Burlington, Mass. — Sept. 13
Linkage, a global leadership development firm, has announced the appointment of Charley Morrow as its vice president of assessments. Morrow will join the team to oversee Linkage’s assessment practice globally.
Morrow has a doctorate in industrial and organizational psychology from Tulane University. He has spent the better part of his career as a leadership and talent assessment expert in both the public and private sectors. His academic research deals with measurement issues, methods of estimating the return of human resources interventions and employee survey methods.
Most recently, Morrow founded and led Sage Assessments, a firm focused on leveraging assessment, measurement and analytics to align development needs with strategic objectives. He developed and brings with him to Linkage the REAL Engagement Survey, a tool that uncovers opportunities to improve employee involvement by asking questions that are linked to business results and facilitating conversations that lead to organizational insights and improvements.
He also developed a proprietary survey that builds board capabilities and effectiveness. The instrument allows an in-depth review of member skills and knowledge, meeting structure and process, as well as board culture and structure.
Linkage’s assessment services aims to equip leaders, teams and organizations with insights to achieve breakthrough business results. The tools, in combination with world-class coaching, facilitation and leadership development experiences, help organizations achieve bottom line results to create capable, committed and aligned workforces.
