Jones Lang LaSalle Names Chief HR Officer

Jones Lang LaSalle announced that Trish Maxson will join the firm as its chief human resources officer, effective April 2.

Maxson will be responsible for directing Jones Lang LaSalle’s human resources strategies globally to ensure alignment with the firm’s strategic objectives, company values and recruitment and retention of talent.

She will report to Colin Dyer, president and CEO, and work closely with the firm’s board of directors and global executive committee.

Maxson has a background in international human resources leadership. Most recently, she was vice president of HR for research and development at Merck & Co. Inc. Prior to that, she held various senior positions at Rohm & Haas Co., including director of HR for Europe and director of corporate HR in the United States.

Maxson earned an M.A. in clinical psychology from the Fielding Graduate Institute, a doctorate in physical chemistry from the University of California at Berkeley, and a B.S. in chemistry from Michigan State University.
