Benefitfocus and SuccessFactors, an SAP company, are teaming up to deliver a full suite of cloud-based benefits, core human resources and talent management services.
The two companies announced a strategic partnership, bringing employers an end-to-end human capital management service from a provider of business execution software and a benefits technology company.
Through this alliance, Benefitfocus and SuccessFactors become each other’s preferred strategic partner for benefits management and human resource management, respectively.
SuccessFactors Employee Central is a global system of record that combines employee talent, profile and core HR information for every worker in an organization. It includes powerful analytics and social collaboration capabilities that enable employees to network and share knowledge around common projects and across functions or locations.
Adding to that, Benefitfocus HR InTouch provides cloud-based enrollment, employee communication, benefits education and HR management for all benefits.
Employee Central will become the single destination where employees will be able to access all of their HR, employment and benefits information. The SuccessFactors and Benefitfocus offering will be available to the market in spring 2012.
