Lumesse, a global provider in integrated talent management services, announced it will drive wider adoption among customer staff through a new version of its Lumesse ETWeb integrated talent management service, which features enhancements to user experience, scalability and compatibility.
Lumesse ETWeb Version 11, which is available in 30 languages, brings with it a new user interface and new architecture and compatibility with Web browsers and Microsoft Office software. Lumesse ETWeb V11 also lays the foundations for extensions to the product planned for 2012, including updated talent acquisition (e-recruitment) capabilities and the integration of learning management technology, acquired with Edvantage Group.
Nearly 2,000 companies in more than 70 countries, including brands such as GlaxoSmithKline, Merck, PSA Peugeot Citroen, British Airways and Carlsberg, use the product.
Lumesse ETWeb V11 also incorporates other upgrades that seek to simplify wider adoption, increase compatibility with new Web browsers and standard Microsoft Office applications, improve and simplify the reporting of actionable, detailed HR and employee information and improve staff and organizational visibility.
