In Hamburg, Germany, Latapie worked with the Commercial Department of the French Consulate. Latapie obtained his MBA from ESSEC, a leading European business school, and has received a certificate from the Blue Ocean Strategy Initiative Center.

Gavin Strok

Gavin Strok has extensive experience in international marketing and strategic planning, business development, innovation and competitive strategy. Prior to joining StratX, Strok held commercial roles with The Coca-Cola Co., later Motorola and most recently as a marketing consultant for the John H. Chafee Center for International Business. Strok has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, from aerospace and electronics to pharmaceuticals, specialty chemicals, medical equipment and technologies, and consumer products. Key clients have included The Boeing Co., General Electric, Philips Electronics, Johnson & Johnson, Merck and Co., Novartis, and Rohm and Haas. Strok received an MBA from Thunderbird (The Garvin School of International Management), where he pursued a concentration in international marketing. He holds a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Saint Lawrence University, and he has received a certificate from the Blue Ocean Strategy Initiative Center.

Stephanie Trotter
Director Leadership Development

Stephanie Trotter began her career with GlaxoSmithKline more than 20 years ago. She began as a sales representative, promoting GSK’s respiratory products. Trotter held various staff positions alternating with higher levels of leadership. When she was a regional vice president in Michigan, she quickly learned how important strategic thinking, resource prioritization and execution are to leading in a complex, changing business environment. Trotter infuses her insight and experiences from her broad business background, along with her master’s in organizational dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, into leadership development at GSK. She transverses all leadership topics, from strategic thinking to coaching and developing others. Her crucibles of leadership enable her to deliver high-impact development for leaders at GSK.
