“What I hear, I forget…What I see, I remember…What I do, I understand” - Confucius
According to the “2010 Best Companies for Leadership Survey” (conducted by Bloomberg, BusinessWeek.com and Hay Group), the quality most valued by top companies in their leaders is strategic thinking. Most of us clearly recognize the benefits of more strategic thinking as a way to seize more profitable growth in our companies. The challenge is how difficult it can be to quickly build this skill among managers and leaders, who are often focused only on tactical execution.
In this webinar, you will:
Better understand the forces driving "strategic thinking" to the top of the list of most valued leadership competencies.
Learn how leading companies are using advanced business simulations to develop more strategic leaders to drive profitable growth.
See how you can develop action-oriented strategic thinkers in your organization while creating impact and excitement in your leadership development initiatives.
This webinar is presented by StratX, a global executive development firm and a pioneer in business strategy simulations such as Markstrat, the Blue Ocean Strategy Simulation and others.
