Neal Bruce has more than 16 years of experience in the talent acquisition space. As senior vice president of product management in the employer services division of First Advantage, Bruce leads product strategy and innovation efforts for the talent acquisition product lines. Prior to First Advantage, Bruce spent nearly five years with Monster, where his roles included product director, vice president of alliances and vice president of the global innovation group. Prior to Monster, Bruce spent 11 years in recruiting roles. He has served on the Board of Directors of HRsmart and as a member of Human Capital Institute’s talent acquisition board.
