In this session, Jack Coapman, a vice president at ADP focused on talent acquisition, will present a thorough overview of best practices and innovations in talent sourcing and screening. By learning about the various strategies, tools and resources available to employers today, attendees will come away better equipped to devise and deploy a more thorough, efficient hiring process, and in turn, help advance their organization’s goals. Coapman will explain how organizations can align their strategies for acquiring and screening talent, take steps to streamline the hiring process and minimize process redundancies. He also will review best practices in pre-employment screening and highlight the advantages to implementing a thorough screening process to mitigate potential risks and liabilities.

Jack Coapman is a vice president, marketing for ADP, focused on talent acquisition. He oversees the product management and marketing initiatives for a suite of talent acquisition products which address sourcing, recruiting, screening and on-boarding. Prior to joining ADP in 2006 through the acquisition of VirtualEdge, Coapman served as the vice president, corporate development at VirtualEdge, senior marketing director for Triversity, and general sales manager for GTE Interactive Services. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Lycoming College in Williamsport, Pa.
