From the iPhone and Roomba to hybrid cars and HDTV, the introduction of new products, services and technology is a fact of life for consumers, and for businesses that have to deliver innovation. The traditional approach to talent is no longer enough. Companies need to find ways to create an accelerated workforce that can adapt quickly in an era of change. Though driven by new technologies and changing demographics, these trends are more systemic, and implementing solutions is critical. This Talent Management magazine webinar, sponsored by Saba, will look at approaches to using automation, analytics and innovation to rethink human capital processes and the value of focusing on high-impact areas to keep talent management linked to business performance. All attendees will receive a free copy of the Fidelity white paper, "Managing Talent at the Speed of Business."
