SuccessFactors Earns High Marks in Vendor Assessment Reports

San Mateo, Calif. — July 10

SuccessFactors said it is firmly positioned in its recruiting, learning, performance and compensation, as it scored highly in IDC's Integrated Talent Management MarketScape Reports.

The IDC studies represent a vendor assessment of the recruiting, learning, compensation and performance management capabilities offered as part of an integrated talent management service through the IDC MarketScape model.

In each of the four reports SuccessFactors was identified as a strong performer. Specifically, the reports noted:

The IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Recruiting in Integrated Talent Management 2012 Vendor Analysis said: "SuccessFactors' demonstration of capabilities shared the position of having the highest marks."

The IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Learning Management in Integrated Talent Management 2012 Vendor Analysis said: "The user experiences are well thought out and easy to use. SuccessFactors has done well in integrating the Plateau acquisition into the portfolio."

In the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Compensation Management in Integrated Talent Management 2012 Vendor Analysis SuccessFactors was called out for having “strong rule building for compensation professionals as well as useful planning graphics right on the manager's worksheet. They also offer good graphical tools for calibration."

The IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Performance Management in Integrated Talent Management 2012 Vendor Analysis said: "SuccessFactors' demonstration of capabilities drew top marks.The SuccessFactors portfolio will be SAP's talent suite of choice moving forward."
