ManpowerGroup Names Buchband SVP, Chief Legal Officer

ManpowerGroup has announced the appointment of Richard Buchband as its senior vice president and chief legal officer.Buchband will serve as ManpowerGroup's general counsel and lead the company's overall legal strategy and function. He will also manage corporate governance and securities and will report directly to Jeffrey A. Joerres, ManpowerGroup’s chairman and CEO.
Buchband previously served as partner and associate general counsel for Accenture plc. Prior to that, he served as senior corporate counsel and secretary for global travel company Orbitz Inc. and as an independent legal consultant.
