Kotter International to Host Webinar on Leading Change through Turbulent Times

Kotter International, a change company that helps leaders build the capacity to drive large-scale transformation in their organizations, announced that it will present a free webinar on Oct. 4 at 12 p.m. ET/9 a.m. PT on how to lead change effectively in a turbulent environment. Dr. John Kotter, chief innovation officer and co-founder of Kotter International, will moderate the hour-long interactive discussion.

Leading change through turbulent times will highlight the differences and complementary nature of the concepts of change leadership and change management, and focus on how they can work together to address transformational change. Kotter International Senior Engagement Leader Russell Raath and Engagement Leader Pat Cormier will lead this discussion with Dr. Kotter.

Dr. Kotter and his colleagues will speak candidly about the issues they’ve seen organizations face today when dealing with large-scale change. They will answer questions throughout the webinar and also address questions that participants have asked in advance through registration and Dr. Kotter’s Forbes blog, “Change Leadership.”
