HoneyBaked Appoints New VP of HR

Atlanta — Nov. 29

The Original HoneyBaked Ham Co. of Georgia, a premium food retailer, has named Michael Esposito to the newly-created position of vice president of human resources.

Most recently, Esposito was with Home Depot, where he served as director of associate relations for the company’s northern division.

Esposito is a speaker, author and an expert in networking to build business results and facilitate job searches. He is known as a “connector” who gives back to others, taking time each week to meet with someone who is unemployed and then connecting him or her with the right people to help in his or her job search.

A board member of the American Red Cross of Georgia, Esposito serves as co-chairman of the Community Outreach Committee, is an active member of the community and understands the importance of volunteerism to build relationships and improve leadership skills.

He earned his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Oneonta and master’s degrees from Kent State University and The Ohio State University. Esposito earned his Senior Professional in Human Resources in 2008 and is a board member of The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business.
