Deloitte Enters Into Alliance With SuccessFactors

New York — June 4

Deloitte has entered into an alliance with SAP firm SuccessFactors. Under the alliance, Deloitte and SuccessFactors will market software and implementation services that aim to help organizations leverage technology to manage the evolving needs of today's workforce.

Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Ltd.'s global network of member firms includes more than 9,600 SAP practitioners in more than 135 countries. The alliance with SuccessFactors aims to further accelerate Deloitte's leadership position in the human capital transformation market.

Under the agreement, Deloitte will be a "Strategic SuccessConsulting" member in the SuccessFactors Partner Program. Deloitte will market and provide services supporting the SuccessFactors Business Execution Suite of hosted, on-demand and Web-based software services, including its talent management capabilities and Employee Central, SuccessFactors' cloud-based core HR system.
