ADP AdvancedMD Announces Expansion, Accelerated Hiring Plans

Salt Lake City — June 29

ADP AdvancedMD, a cloud solutions company, announced plans to expand its workforce by 45 percent. The company expects to add up to 100 new jobs locally this year in response to demand for its medical practice solutions nationwide.

Named by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing private companies every year since 2006, AdvancedMD was acquired by Automatic Data Processing Inc. in March.

"ADP AdvancedMD's solutions are used by more than 10,000 physicians in 4,100 practices and by more than 300 regional billing partners across the United States, and we're gearing up for our next phase of growth, driven by increased demand from groups in the process of adopting cloud EHR technology," said Raul Villar, president, ADP AdvancedMD.

ADP AdvancedMD provides leading technology solutions for physician practices so doctors can focus on what matters most: patient care. Emerging technology standards such as cloud computing, coupled with the $31 billion in stimulus funding appropriated as part of the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act, are also spurring medical practices to evaluate and adopt electronic health record systems, contributing to the demand for ADP AdvanceMD's solutions.
