Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH), a talent management solutions company announced Wednesday at the organization’s global management meeting that they have partnered with HumanConcepts, a provider of workforce decision support solutions, to offer consulting services coupled with technology to provide a practice-based solution for handling outplacement, redeployment and workforce reductions. Working jointly with clients to prepare for and manage workforce change events, HumanConcepts and LHH will help companies adopt strategies in process management, compliance and reporting, as well as offer a path forward for affected employees.
 
HumanConcepts and LHH plan to offer their clients solutions for managing workforce reductions in a way that could mitigate risk, meet financial objectives and provide employee outplacement experience.  Under Lee Hecht Harrison’s guidance partnering with real-time organizational insight provided by the HumanConcepts solutions, companies may now manage the reduction decision process, reduce legal and compliance exposure, and manage administrative processes. In addition, the HumanConcepts solutions will provide insight into specific reductions, such as geographic locations that may be effected, so the LHH team can deploy their career transition offerings.
